Pieter Tanuri
President Commissioner
Pieter started his career in 1990 as one of the founder of Trimegah Securities Tbk, and serves on its many senior positions. Pieter currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Buana Capital Sekuritas and PT Philadel Terra Lestari. Pieter holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Trisakti (1988).
Yohanes Ade Bunian Moniaga
Commissioner
Ade served as Commissioner of PT Buana Capital Sekuritas since 2010. He started his career as an auditor in a public accounting firm from 1986 until 1990, and then promoted to Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Trimegah Securindolestari (1990-1999). Ade served as Commissioner of PT Trimegah Securities Tbk. (1999-2007), as Director of PT Philadel Terra Lestari since 1997, and as Director of PT Wisma KEIAI Indonesia d/h PT Wisma Kyoei Prince Indonesia since 2003. Ade holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of Trisakti (1988).
Hendra Budianto
Independent Commissioner
Hendra has served as Independent Commissioner of PT Buana Capital Sekuritas since 2018. He started his career as a credit analyst at KCU Asemka Jakarta in 1989, then was promoted to Special Staff for Regional Office 10, Jakarta (2014-2015). Hendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Trisakti University (1988).
Benny Setiabrata
President Director
Benny started his career in the Indonesian financial industry with PT Jardine Fleming Nusantara in 1991 as Corporate Finance executive. Having worked at various positions in Investment Banking and Equity Sales at Jardine Fleming, Baring Securities, UBS (Swiss Bank Corp) and Merrill Lynch, he joined PT Buana Capital Sekuritas in 2010. Benny holds an MBA with focus in finance from California State University, and BSc. in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Arizona.
Ratna karim
Director
Ratna started her career in capital market in Corporate Finance in 1997. In 2000, she joined the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency, Asset Management Investment. Prior to joining Buana Capital Sekuritas, she spent nine years in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance with Nusantara Capital (PT NC Securities) and PT Investindo Nusantara Securities, completing various complex M&A, Valuations, Due Diligence and Advisory works. Ratna holds a BSc. degree in Mining Engineering from Institute Technology Bandung and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
Harijin Santoso
Director
Harijin started his career in a general trading company in 1989 and then joined PT Bank Ekonomi Raharja in 1990 as account officer. He was promoted to Branch Manager in 1997 and served at such position in various branches until 2010. He joined PT Buana Capital Sekuritas as the Finance Treasurer in 2010. Harijin holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Trisakti University (1988).
Lydia Trivelly
Director
Lydia started her career in the financial industry in 1988 as floor trader manager. In 1991, she joined PT Buana Capital Sekuritas and stayed until now. Having spent more than 25 years in the capital market, she has vast knowledge about the development of capital market in Indonesia. Lydia is also active in a number of capital market organisations, currently serve as Chairperson of the Association of Indonesian Securities Companies (APEI), and as Public Relations & Education Officer at the Indonesian Capital Market Arbitration Board (BAPMI). Lydia holds a Law Degree from the University of Indonesia (1985).
Zainal Arifin
Director
Zainal Arifin has been with Buana Capital since 2010, and currently he is overseeing sales and distribution. He has been involved in the Indonesian equity industry since 1994 when he started working at PT Bomar securities. He subsequently held various positions in Settlement, Risk Management, and Sales in a number of securities companies, and has been instrumentally involved in numerous equity capital raising exercises during the span of his career. Zainal Arifin holds a bachelor degree in Informatics Management, graduated in 1998 from Bunda Mulia university.
